For more than a decade, The Almond Conference exhibit hall has sold out. The 2019 exhibition is larger than ever - with a second hall needed to accommodate the growing demand for booth space. We are currently booking exhibit space in Cal Expo's Hall D which will be directly connected to the general session/meal room, and is accessible from the other meeting rooms and exhibit hall via covered walkways. Other features of Hall D include the popular Almond Stage, Leadership Posters, Almond Board Lounge, and the Silent Auction benefiting California FFA. We are pleased to announce that booth prices will NOT increase for 2019.

NEW this year! Best of Show Exhibitor Competition
For our one year at Cal Expo, the home of the California State Fair, we are embracing the BEST OF SHOW theme and invite our exhibitors to do the same. This contest encourages exhibitors to create an engaging booth space aligned with the BEST OF SHOW, State Fair theme. Judging takes place on Tuesday, December 10 between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm. The winner will be announced that evening at the Opening Reception, and will receive a $2500 credit on their booth purchase for The Almond Conference 2020. You must register by October 28 to participate.

Children and Minors Policy for Trade Show Floor
The Almond Conference supports our industry families, but must also consider the safety and security of the Trade Show floor. The following children's policy has been created to find a balance for everyone's enjoyment and safety.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the exhibit floor during scheduled move-in or move-out under any circumstance.
Individuals under the age of 18 are welcome on the exhibit floor during Show hours only (excluding move-in/move-out days), and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The child's guardian accepts full responsibility for the behavior and safety of the minor. Each child must be registered as a conference attendee and must wear their badge when on the Show Floor. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the Conference's right to remove the individual under the age of 18 including the accompanying adult.
Please be aware there are currently fraudulent agencies that are actively contacting exhibitors and sponsors, representing themselves as partners with The Almond Conference. The Almond Conference will never reach out and promote booking hotels through a specific company. As in the past, once the official conference room blocks open in the Fall, you will be responsible for securing your own hotel accommodations. Please be advised should you provide any of your details to one of these fraudulent companies, this is not coming from the Conference and they are truly not able to assist you. They are phishing for your detailed information in hopes you will provide it. These are SCAMS and NOT AFFILIATED with The Almond Conference in any way.
